MLN is an artistic research conducted by Italian Architect Marta Malinverni
Marta Malinverni is an Italian architect and artist currently based in Antwerp, Belgium.
After her graduation from the Academy of Architecture of Mendrisio in Switzerland, she collaborated for a number of years with Swiss architectural offices and since 2021 she has co-founded PLEO, an architecture and design practice. Since 2016 she has led workshops across Europe and Asia on the topic of representation within Architecture.
She is a member of the research group Uses & Spaces and teaches Architectural Design at the Faculty of Architecture, Architectural Engineering and Urbanism LOCI - UCLouvain in Brussels.
Art has always been indivisible from her architectural practice, and her artistic research gravitates around the exploration of geometrical configuration of abstract spaces.
Her works have been exhibited in solo and group exhibitions in Italy, Germany, Switzerland and Egypt.
